Economics Society
-
The Economics Society is an undergraduate club at Pace University, often organizing professional development events for Economics, Computational Economics, Business Economics, Finance, and other related fields to attend.
Once students have been members of Eco Society for a semester, they are invited to join Pace’s Chapter of the National Association for Young Business Economists.
The Economics Society is the only student chapter of the National Association for Business Economics in New York.
The Economics Society, NABE, exists as a space for collaboration and discussion about the field of economics and other similar topics! Learn skills, get career advice, and collaborate with a network of economic students, professors, and alumni.
-
Any student at Pace with an interest in Economics can be a member of Eco Society.
-
The club hosts events designed to strengthen members' professional skills and provide networking opportunities within the field. Their activities include:
Guest Speaker Sessions: They welcome researchers, professors, and alumni to share their expertise and professional experiences in economics.
Workshops: These are held to build members' skill sets and individuality, aiming to help them grow professionally and personally.
General Meetings: Regular gatherings for members to connect and discuss club business (see settersync for upcoming meetings).
Networking Opportunities: The club provides an environment for like-minded individuals to connect and challenge themselves intellectually
-
Students are encouraged to join via SetterSync at any time!
